Abstract

In this brief article, I explore the themes I raised as a part of this address, and do so in two parts. In the first part, I explore the challenges faced by law schools across Common Law jurisdictions at this juncture in time. In the second part, I propose a social innovation model as a future framing for part of the core mandate of law schools and legal education (at least public universities whose mandate includes the public interest).

Keywords: Legal Education, Social Innovation
