Jack Abebe is a Regional Knowledge Management and Research Specialist for UN Women East and Southern African Region and manages the knowledge management and research portfolio. His interests span gender equality, women’s empowerment, evidence-based policy development, advocacy and programme implementation. His work includes analyzing development interventions and managing the day-to-day research, data analysis/generation, and communities of practice on the SDGs for the region.
