Analysis of judgment 140/1995 of the Spanish Constitutional Court regarding the scope of civil immunities for foreign diplomats as established by the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18 April 1961 vis à vis the fundamental right of access to courts provided for in article 24 of the Spanish Constitution.
