Updated Web Appendix for the paper "Dynamic Multilevel Covariance Structure Models for Analyzing Rolling Cross-Sectional Tracking Surveys." This Web Appendix contains the following sections: A. Supplementary Tables discussed in Manuscript, B. Dynamic Linear Model specification, C. Simulation Studies, and D. Unit Roots Testing. Across all the sections, equations are numbered sequentially with section letter such as E1, E2, and so on; similarly, all tables and figures are numbered as T1, T2, and F1, F2, and so on.
