Aportaciones para la Comisión RESI para el Tribunal Supremo (Contributions to the RESI Committee for the Supreme Court)

Abstract

Spanish Abstract: La comisión RESI está formada por un conjunto de profesionales (magistrados, jueces, profesores y profesionales de derecho, finanzas, contabilidad…) preocupados con algunas sentencias del Tribunal Supremo relacionadas con empresas, instrumentos financieros y mercados financieros que contienen errores sorprendentes. La comisión RESI se reúne con cierta periodicidad y emite documentos cortos (casos) que analizan sentencias y contienen comentarios y algunas recomendaciones con un único objetivo: evitar que sigan escribiéndose este tipo de sentencias. En los documentos se pide a los lectores que envíen sugerencias y recomendaciones para solucionar o definir mejor el problema que aborda la Comisión. Todas las sugerencias y recomendaciones recibidas se contienen en este documento.

English Abstract: The RESI Committee for the Supreme Court is formed by a group of professionals (magistrates, judges, professors and professionals of law, finance, accounting ...) concerned with some judgments and sentences of the Supreme Court related to companies, financial instruments and financial markets that contain surprising errors. The RESI Committee meets periodically writes short documents (cases) that analyze sentences and contain comments and recommendations with a single objective: to avoid that these types of sentences continue to be written. The documents ask readers to send suggestions and recommendations to resolve or better define the problem addressed by the Committee. All the suggestions and recommendations received are contained in this document.
