Abstract
This comment discusses the decision of the Bolivian "Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional" that declared the unconstitutionality of the rules limiting reelection. It argues that the Court helped the Evo Morales regime to break the political insurance of the Bolivian 2009 Constitution, which the Bolivian constitutional designers originally introduced to the Constitution as a concession to the political opposition.
