This paper presented a framework for building a recreation cycling recommendation system based on personalized cycling style with wearable technology. This framework is applied to recreation cycling recommendation system using data from wearable IT equipment. For example, frequency data of cycle the legs, velocity, distance, coordination, slope of path and temperature are built cycling pattern model and tourist attraction model by machine learning technique for recommending route, consists of distance, slopes and enjoyment. The travel information cost distance from home or hotel and also predictions variables also can be used to make the decisions in cycling, for example rainy, humidity, temperature and windy.
