Abstract

The following topic is intended to clarify the influence of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia in the formation of the Communist Party of Albania and in the mistakes of political class of the Communist Party of Albania, also in the enormous influence of Yugoslav emissaries on the leaders of the Communist Party Albania and as a cause-and-effect on the decisions of the CPA. Focus of this paper are also the declarations of people who experienced in firsthand the influence of emissaries and their thoughts on the impact that emissaries, Miladin Popović and Dušan Mugoša, had on leaders of the Communist Party, on Ramiz Alia, Enver Hoxha and also in the Central Committee of the Communist Party. Their role exceeded the role of adviser or organizational aide. At the same time, besides the intention that emissaries had to control the CPA leaders, they also had an impact on the Kosovo issue. At this point, their purpose was the conviction of the CPA leaders that the issue of Kosovo was not an issue that belonged to them, but to the Communist Party of Yugoslavia and the CPA, having in mind this, had to remain silent.
