Abstract

Universal Design is an emerging trend in higher education, and Law Schools must be part of this movement. This paper will identify the Universal Design principles, how disability laws have affected law school administration, and where Universal Design provides legal, economic, and moral solutions so that all people may attend law school if they so wish.
