Abstract

Golden State Elixers is a California medical cannabis collective producing cannabis tinctures. California has introduced a new regulatory regime for canna-businesses and Golden State is investigating whether to obtain a license, shut down, or join the black market. In addition to growing their business, Golden State must take into account three different government levels (Federal, State, Local) each with different laws and taxes.
