The practice and paradigms of community organizing may unconsciously incorporate subordination of women, sexual identities, religious beliefs, and more. Community organizing must recognize and reform how these values may shape organizing for a future free of colonial paradigms. This is a preface to new theories of anti subordination practice in community organizing and activism.
