Abstract

Cambodia is the developing country in ASEAN while there are around 15 million population and estimated that over 75% is youth. This means that youth is very vital sector for development to boost the sustainable economic growth in society. In order to fuel our country to join well with Asian in 2015, Cambodia should not ignore youths at all .Moreover, government should rise up some strategies in order to assist and support youth’s activities not only in communities and regions but also in national level. Joining in development of communities, youth can join either in volunteering or non-volunteering. For volunteering responses, many youth can help their communities while having some issues happening right now such as Gangsters, illegal immigrants, gender discrimination, drug and transparency too. They try to alliance with other youth to promote the pros and cons of all those issues in communities in order to change those who take part in the wrong actions to be the good and useful ones.
