With this article we intend to make a theoretical approach on Labor Motivation. We must recognize that we do not live in a perfect world, and that we must find in ourselves the solution to "all evils" and in this impetus we must bear in mind that self-motivation is the only ally in the constancy of life and there are maintain the momentum that drives us to action "for our own."
