Abstract

In this paper I analyse a popular case study with the aim of evaluating typical project management methods for stakeholder analysis and objectives development. The case study (and so our project) is represented by the delivery of Brexit by the UK government. Overall, the considered instruments provided a valuable basis of analysis. Indeed, although the delivery of Brexit results in an extremely difficult task, it was possible to improve the quality and clarity of the project objectives.
