Abstract

Benefited from its dense population and robust telecommunications infrastructure, China’s sharing economy has experienced explosively rapid development in recent years. However, at the back of the proliferation social problems are also constantly raised. Therefore, since the emergence of sharing economy the Chinese governments, including both the central government and the local government, have been endeavoring to propose experimental solutions. This article aims to deliver a national report on the regulatory frameworks on sharing economy adopted in China in the last years.
