Securing Cloud Data Using Laplace Transform Based Encryption

Abstract
Cloud computing offers various services on demand. Storage as a service is one among them. Client can store data in a datacenter which are located far away. As it is a shared storage, data security should be maintained and is achieved by encryption. A new encryption technique based on Laplace transform is used in the proposed system. Inverse Laplace transform is implemented for decryption. Laplace transform is performed on Maclaurin’s series. Security analysis prove that proposed system can counter brute force attack and key recovery attack.
