Book of Pitches: APPRC 2018 Pitching Research Competition Final

Abstract

Following Faff et al (2017a, 2017b, 2018), the current paper documents the pitches of the finalists of the “all-Pakistan pitching research competition” for 2017-18 [APPRC 2017-18]. Pitches are created using the “pitching research” framework (Faff, 2015, 2018a, 2018b). The APPRC 2017-18, supported by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, was co-sponsored by the University of Haripur and the UQ Business School. Like its predecessors, the 2017-18 event was very broad in scope – capturing wide spectrum of academic discipline areas including: animal science; management; education; information technology; aviation; nanotechnology. Along with Faff et al (2017a, 2017b, 2018), this paper serves as a useful guiding resource for any novice researchers embarking on a new journey in any area of scholarly endeavor.
