คุณภาพชีวิตของบุคคลผู้เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยหมู่บ้านในเขตสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ (The Life Quality of the Village Security Officers in the Three Southern Provinces)

Abstract

Thai Abstract: การวิจัยครัง้ นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคคลผู้เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยหมู่บ้าน (ชรบ.)ในเขตสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครัง้ นี้ คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยหมู่บ้าน (ชรบ.)ของจังหวัดปัตตานี ซึ่งสมุ่ จากสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ มีจานวน 392 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชัน้ ภูมิตามสัดส่วน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้แบบสอบถาม สาหรับสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐาน ใช้การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ค่าสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน โดยกาหนดค่านัยสา คัญทางสถิติไว้ที่ระดับ.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับแรงจูงใจในการเข้าร่วมเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยหมู่บ้าน (ชรบ.) อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.90) และระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคคลผู้เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยหมู่บ้าน (ชรบ.) อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.27) ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า สถานภาพสมรสที่แตกต่างกัน มีคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคคลผู้เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยหมู่บ้าน (ชรบ.)แตกต่างกัน ในระดับนัยสาคัญทางสถิติ.05 ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของเจ้าหน้าที่ชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยหมู่บ้าน (ชรบ.)ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ศาสนา รายได้ อาชีพ ระดับการศึกษา ลักษณะการอยู่อาศัย และประสบการณ์การทา งานที่แตกต่างกันมีคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคคลผู้เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยหมู่บ้าน (ชรบ.) ไม่แตกต่างกัน แรงจูงใจในการเข้าร่วมเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยหมู่บ้าน (ชรบ.) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับคุณภาพชีวิตของเจ้าหน้าที่ชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยหมู่บ้าน (ชรบ.) อยู่ในระดับน้อย ที่ระดับนัยสา คัญทางสถิติ.05

English Abstract: This research aims to find out the life quality of the village security officers in the three southern provinces of Thailand. The examples of subjects in this research were 392 village security officers in Pattani province by proportional stratify Random Sampling. The data were analyzed by using statistical method: Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard deviation. The hypothesis test method: t-test and One-way ANOVA, Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The statistical level of significance was set at 0.05. The result of this research revealed that level of motivation to be the village security officers was high (  = 3.90), and level of life quality of those who are the village security officers was medium (  = 3.27). The hypothesis test revealed that marriage status is different. The life quality of the village security officers is different. The statistical level of significance at 0.05. Sex, Age, Religion, Income, Career, Level of education, Living condition, and Work experience, the result suggest these personal factors are different. The life quality of the village security officers is no different. The motivation to be the village security officers has a low level of positive relation with their life quality. The statistical level of significance at 0.05.
