Aspects of health services is basically a unit of leading edge image of a hospital. One of them namely health services on outpatient services. Outpatient health services need to be improved, one of them by doing the utilization of outpatient health services hospital. The waiting time is part of the dimension of the quality of health services will show the impression towards the hospital will responsiveness, the performance of services at the hospital. Research objectives for analyze wait time outpatient process on internists and pediatrics clinic. These studies are either mix methods, qualitative data complement the quantitative data. Research approaches the sampling quota of a total of 140 samples (70 of each clinic) according the criteria of inclusion of the scope of the research. Quantitative comparisons of research results waiting time at pediatrics clinic and internist clinics the waiting time, the more the political vetting process an average of 18.59 in internists and 13.90 in pediatrics, the results of the qualitative perception of patients rate the hospital outpatient service is cheap and convenient.
