Hospital is a health care provider one of the service provided is outpatient service. Outpatient service is the leading unit that can display the image of the hospital so that the services provided must be qualified, effective and efficient. Quality of services Provided can be seen from the dimensions of responsiveness, one form is the waiting time. Long waiting time will affect the quality of the hospital and reduce the level of patient satisfaction provided. The Drugs Polyclinic and Psychiatric Polyclinic at Drug Dependence Hospital Jakarta. This research is quantitative descriptive analytic method with cross sectional approach. 70 respondents in Drugs Polyclinic and 70 respondents in Psychiatric Polyclinic by doing observation and recording on the observation sheet. The results Obtained by analysis of the value of the median waiting time of outpatient drug Polyclinic for 33 minutes and the psychiatric Polyclinic for 78 minutes in addition to the statistical Mann-Whitney U test with α = 0,05 was Obtained p value of 0.000 (≤ 0,05 ). Then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This indicates that there is a difference between the Drugs Polyclinic and the Psychiatric Polyclinic.
