P-care application BPJS Health is a patient-based information system application service provided by BPJS Health for primary health care facilities. This P-Care application basically has an important role in health service at Primary Health Center. Lack of knowledge and responsiveness of outpatient services in serving patients, especially BPJS Health patients, it is necessary to improve efforts by providing guidance on the use of P-Care Application. The purpose of this study was to assess the difference in knowledge and responsiveness of outpatient services of BPJS participants before and after the application of P-Care application guidelines. The type of research used in this study used quasi experiment design, with one group pretest posttest design. Samples in this study were 32 samples of observation before application of module and 32 samples of observation after application of module. The research instrument used is questionnaire about the knowledge and responsiveness of officers in the use of P-Care application. The media in use is the P-Care application guidebook. The data analysis uses the Wilcoxon test because the data is not normally distributed. The result of research in know the value of p value of knowledge before and after application of module 0,000 (≤0,05). And p value of responsiveness before and after application of module 0.000 (≤0,05). The conclusion is that there is a significant difference between knowledge and responsiveness before and after the application of the P-Care application guide.
