Abstract

The chapter covers labour rights in modern corporate governance including (1)(a) votes for corporate boards (b) enforcing directors' duties (2) work councils, both full participation, and the weaker information and consultation duties, and (3) rights in workers' capital, particularly through pension funds and the asset management industry.
