Abstract

The article covers the relation between the employer and the employee in terms of employer’s right of control and the employee’s duty of loyalty within the scope of the Turkish Labor Law No. 4857 and the review of the nature of white collar crimes and whether the employees are under the obligation of notifying such crimes. White collar crimes will mainly be discussed as per the Labor Law, Criminal Law, Code of Obligations and Supreme Court decision and the code of conducts of the companies as regard to prevent such crimes will be emphasized.
