Abstract

Synchronization for Riemann-Liouville fractionalorder competitive neural networks with different time scales is concerned in this paper. An incommensurate fractional-order chaotic competitive neural network with different time scales is given. Based on the theory of Riemann-Liouville fractional calculus, a simple and effective controller is proposed. Finally, a numerical examples is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the approach.
