This is a profound autobiographical interview with Leonidas A. Papakonstantinidis; his road as a scientist and innovator in collective bargaining and community development is presented. Great emphasis is laid upon the scientific metamorphosis of the Papakonstantinidis win/win/win model and its successful applications. The reader will learn about connecting science and life as well gain an easy understanding of economic future models, i.e. the practical transition from a win/lose to a win/win economy.
