Abstract

“It’s all physical, all right, but it isn’t all physics.” As Haack explains exactly what she means by this, she develops a new theory of human mindedness; and then argues that rejecting reductionism need not involve any kind of religious agenda.

Keywords: philosophy of mind, metaphysics, culture, philosophy of science
