This research utilized a survey type of research using the mixed method involving 50 respondents of three airline companies. The data gathered were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation to test the hypothesis. It was found that most of the employees were the cabin crew and that most of them were willing to work overtime due to lack of employees. The most serious problem encountered was on the insufficient number who can speak other languages. There is no significant relationship between human resource availability and the problems encountered. Each airline company implemented preventive measures to solve problems. It is concluded that the human resource availability situation is still within the control of the company; however, training needs enhancement to include learning foreign languages.
