Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze, 1. Effect of Welfare Benefits, 2. Effect of Work Experience, 3. Effect of Employee Salaries, 4. Against Employee Performance. Effect of welfare benefits, work experience, and employee salaries on employee performance. The purpose of this study is to obtain testing knowledge and theories about welfare benefits, work experience, employee salaries, and employee performance. This research was conducted in Indonesia and with a total sample. Data processing is done using SEM techniques and smartPLS 3.0 applications. The results of this study indicate that the influence of welfare benefits is higher and salary for employee performance is lower.
