This study aims to identify and analyze, 1. Effect of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture 2.Pengaruh, 3. Effect of Job Satisfaction, 4. Influence Communication, 5. Effect of leadership styles, organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee communications to the discipline. The purpose of this study is to acquire knowledge and test theories about leadership styles, organizational culture, job satisfaction, communication, and employee discipline. This research was conducted in Indonesia and the total sempel 252. Data processing is done by using SEM techniques and applications smartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the influence of organizational culture is higher and wages lower employee performance.
