Abstract

This paper is a comparative analysis of two documents, one pertaining to Anandpur Sahib Resolution, adopted by Shiromani Akali Dal, in India and another very similar document, known as Six-Point Program, adopted by Sheikh Mujiburur Rehman, in East-Pakistan (present day Bangladesh). The objective is to illustrate, the circumstances under which the two documents were adopted.
