Abstract

Although lawyers agree that law students need the training that comes from clinical courses, many legal educators and bar officials question the cost of ensuring that every student graduates with a clinical experience. But, the experiences of a growing number of law schools and ABA data demonstrate that clinical education can be provided to all J.D. students without additional costs to students.
