Abstract
Technology has brought an outstanding benefit in all aspect of human life. Specifically, it provides a safer, reliable, and favorable chance toward the document management system. But still some organizations, companies, and other government agencies are using an outdated method for storing records. Our finding revealed that many organizations are yet to integrate technology fully in keeping their essential documents. Besides, organizations and companies that use technology to protect their documents confirmed that technology particularly using Google Drive resulted in reducing the stress while retrieving and getting back to the desired record at the required time. It also reduced the burden of keeping hardcopy. Jointly, it gives them a quick and rapid solution when the issue arises. They mentioned that they can access their documents anywhere and anytime. Therefore, this research has been arranged in relation to the best specific technological software for storing companies and organizations records. The selected software is Google Drive. So, the findings explained What is Google Drive? What is the importance of Google Drive in keeping administrative records? How to use Google Drive for storing organization and individual documents.
