Abstract

Although at present, the distinction between scheduled and non-scheduled services might be a bit blurred, non-scheduled services are still considered as an indispensable part of international aviation. By analyzing the regime under the Chicago Convention as well as the most important features of European Union laws regulating non-scheduled air services, this paper sets out the main conditions under which non-scheduled air services nowadays operate.
