Public Testimony re Pacific Gas & Electric Company Bankruptcy and Chapter 11 Process to California State Senate Committee on Energy, Utilities and Communication

Abstract

This document is the public testimony I presented to the California State Senate Committee on Energy, Utilities and Communications at an informational hearing on the Pacific Gas & Electric Bankruptcy on March 5, 2019. It consists of basic information on Chapter 11, with special reference to the provisions of the bankruptcy code and process that are likely to be important as PG&E navigates its restructuring process.
