Abstract

The growing importance of blockchain technologies has begun to mobilize business interest groups to advocate for National Action Plans to devise coordinated strategies that develop the requisite ecosystem to foster innovations in blockchain technologies. This discussion paper examines the objectives put forth by the Chamber of Digital Commerce in its National Action Plan, suggesting that other jurisdictions around the world may benefit from adopting similar approaches to encouraging blockchain innovations.
