Abstract

Multi spectral imaging, in an Indian context, can be construed in a manner so as to help with predictive analysis in ascertaining crop health of agrarian land. The aim of this paper is to explore techniques for the same with the usage of spectral imaging pertaining to a Raspberry Pi setup as an affordable alternative as well as studying the consequences of mechanization in the primary sector. With a major focus lying in predictive analysis as well as relief efforts geared towards farmers, Vegetation Indices have been used as the defining factors of plant health.
