Abstract

Computer aided drug designing or in-silico drug designing has extended fundamental essentialness in late decades. This industry has experienced a basic progress with broadened energy for skilled, clear and direct things. Drug discovery is a tedious job. It takes years to develop a drug. It takes approx 15 years for a drug to get to the hand of patient from lab and it takes a lot of money and labour. The Drug development in less time span and not being too expensive is that the demand of hour in today’s era. Therefore, in silico methods are implied to find drugs for particular disease. Python gives the wing by providing a platform to perform different analytical programs to fetch the required info. With the arising issue of Alzheimer’s disease has drawn the eye of most of the scientist, though we can’t figure out its actual cause or cure. However scientists have proposed many theories on the premise of proteins- tau or beta- amyloid, found within the neurons command to blame for the dementia. The programs written primarily in python will facilitate in sorting and distinctive of molecules or compounds which may possess receptors for the ligands present on these proteins. Modification and visual image of structures of those compounds can even be performed by exploitation Python developed tool ChemoPy and later their interaction with the macromolecule can be seen giving an additional wing to the technique. We are going to follow certain steps to develop a drug ideologically which may cure Alzheimer’s disease. We will target these (tau or β) proteins and so the plaque inflicting the insanity will be cured. To focus on these proteins new medicine will be designed by exploitation of python based programmes and packages. As there'll be advances within the discoveries related to the Alzheimer’s malady a lot of targets will be developed and consequently new medicine will be discovered.
