Abstract
Natural disasters and climate change are rapid emerging as the most defining challenges of the twenty first century. India is one in every of the extra vulnerable and risk prone countries at intervals the planet. Over the centuries, its population has learned to deal with a decent vary of natural and man-made hazards Rapid growth, high densities, poorness and high differentials in access to housing, public services and infrastructure have semiconductor to an increase in vulnerability over the last few decades significantly in India’s urban centres. Temperature change is anticipated to increase the frequency and intensity of current hazards and additionally the chance of utmost events, and collectively to spur the emergence of latest hazards (e.g. lowland rise ) and new vulnerabilities with differential abstraction and socioeconomic impacts. This paper deals with the climate changes and their impact on natural disaster. The causes for hyperbolic intensity and frequency of natural disaster are mentioned within the paper.
