Abstract
Diaspora refers to a population that shares a common heritage who is scattered in different parts of the world (from one location to at least two other countries). In this paper, the authors discussed the cultural diversities of the global diaspora business. A live case has been studied for depth analysis and qualitative research informed by interviews was the preferred methodological approach for this study.
