The Study of Resource Evaluation in Green Construction

While promoting the stable growth of GDP and improving the quality of people's lives, the construction industry has also caused waste of resources and affected the environment negatively. At present, the government regards “protecting the environment” as an important part of development strategy. Therefore, vigorous development of green construction is an urgent need for economic and social development, and is of great significance to the realization of green economy and sustainable development. Based on needs of current green construction, this paper clarifies the importance of resource evaluation, and builds the green construction resource evaluation system. The paper starts with green resource evaluation in six dimensions which including the rational planning of land and construction land, water and water use, material and material optimization, energy conservation and energy utilization and environmental protection. At the same time, this paper sets up 18 secondary indicators and describes the reference range and standard of each index. Then, the gray fuzzy comprehensive method selected to determine the index weight, and the gray clustering evaluation method used to evaluate the green construction resource management, forming the evaluation system of green construction resource management. In the process of green construction, the results of comprehensive evaluation index of resource management can be used to classify the evaluation criteria into five grades: inferior, poor, medium, excellent and excellent, to determine the level of resource management of construction projects, and to formulate appropriate policies accordingly.
