Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of significant interest in reading, learning motivation and peer environment on student learning achievement UNJ FE. The method of determining location using purposive research areas Economics the Faculty State University of Jakarta. Determination of the number of respondents in this study using a population of as many as 130 people. Data collection method was questionnaire Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using the regression line multiple linear regression, analysis of variance regression, F test, and t-test. The results showed that resource together (simultaneously) Interests Read, Motivation and Environment Peer significant effect on learning achievement. Partially Interest Read partially positive and not significant, Motivation partially positive and not significant, Environment Peer partially positive influence and significance. Students should FE UNJ increase reading interest, motivation to learn and reproduce Environment Peer relationships that affect the performance of members of the class.
