The learning result is output is obtained or achieved by students after attending the learning process at the school through the evaluation are realized in the form of numbers or letters. Observational data indicate that the learning outcomes of class XI student of SMK Negeri average unfinished KKM, this indicates that the learning process is carried out has not been optimal. Learning outcomes are influenced by internal factors (motivation) and external (learning, family environment and school environment). The problem studied is, whether there is influence of motivation, learning, family environment and the school environment to the learning outcomes of class XI student of SMK Negeri partially, the influence ways of learning, family environment, and school environment on learning outcomes in Accounting through learning motivation as an intervening variable in class XI student of SMK partially. (Y) and exogenous include motivation (X1), learning (X2), family environment (X3), and the school environment (X4). Methods of data collection: documentation, questionnaire. Methods of data analysis are data analysis and interpretation scores, confirmatory analysis, analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and SEM assumption test consisting of a test for normality and outliers.
