Abstract

This study aims to: (1) the effect of self efficacy to the working readiness of the students; (2) the effect of the working interest to the working readiness of the students; (3) the effect of career guidance to the working readiness of the students; and (4) the effect of self efficacy, working interests and career guidance to working readiness of students. The population in this study is a class XI student of Vocational High School (SMK) majoring office administration in South Jakarta. To answer the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression with F test and t test. it can be concluded that: (1) there is the influence of self-efficacy to the working readiness of the students; (2) there are significant working interest to the working readiness of the students; and (2) there is no effect of career guidance to the working readiness of the students; and (4) there is the influence of self-efficacy, working interest in, and career guidance to the working readiness of the students.
