Abstract

This study aims to: 1) the effect of intrinsic motivation to interest in entrepreneurship; (2) the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge of the interest in entrepreneurship; (3) the effect of personality on the interest in entrepreneurship, and (4) the effect of intrinsic motivation, knowledge of entrepreneurship and personality of the interest in entrepreneurship. The population in this study were all students of SMA / SMK. To answer the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression with F test and t test. It can be concluded that: (1) there is no effect of intrinsic motivation to interest in entrepreneurship; (2) there are significant knowledge of the interest in entrepreneurship; (3) there is the influence of personality on the interest in entrepreneurship; and (4) there is) the effect of intrinsic motivation, knowledge of entrepreneurship and personality of the interest in entrepreneurship.
