Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the effect of learning readiness of the students' motivation in school; (2) know the effect of the availability of learning on students' motivation in school; (3) analyze how much influence the discipline of learning on the students motivation in school, and (4) determine the effect of learning readiness, learning, and the discipline of learning on the students motivation in as, The population in this study were all students Administration Vocational High School. To answer the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression with F test and t test. It can be concluded that: (1) there is no readiness influence on the students motivation to learn; (2) there are significant learning facilities to students' learning motivation; (3) there is an influence on the discipline of learning, motivation to learn; and (4) there are significant learning readiness, learning and discipline of learning on the students motivation.
