Abstract

The problem now facing in education is how to improve the quality of education are generally associated with high or low learning achievements obtained by the students. Various attempts have been made by the manager of education in order to improve student achievement, one of them by making changes to the curriculum and changes in the learning process in schools. But the reality of student achievement is not in accordance with what was expected. Based on the results of previous studies by this research that distinguishesthis study with previous research is the object of the study was conducted in Office Administration student at the State University of Jakarta. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the program statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) for Windows version 22 with the number of respondents 200.
