Influence of Motivation to Learn, Learn Discipline, Learning Style, and Facilities Study of Achievement Class X Smk in Jakarta

This study aims to determine whether there is influence between Learning Motivation, Discipline Learning, Learning Styles and Learning Facilities Against Student Achievement Class X SMK in Jakarta. This research was conducted for 3 months starting in April to June 2019. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were students of SMK in Indonesia, both from class X, XI, and XII. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study is by spreading the questionnaire or questionnaires. Of the 195 questionnaires filled targets, there are 200 questionnaires were received. Of the 200 accepted, 200 can be processed. The data in this study using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 22 using validity, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple regression equation, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the variables of learning motivation and learning discipline has no effect on student achievement in class X SMK in Jakarta, while variable learning styles and learning facilities have an influence on student achievement in class X SMK in Jakarta, and there are significant collectively equal and significant correlation between learning motivation, learning discipline, learning styles, and learning facilities on student achievement in class X SMK in Jakarta.
