Abstract

The researchers in this paper seeks to analyze the current legislative enactments concerning to mining sector in India; its impact on the mining industries and the environmental challenges in the mining industries. The researchers have adopted the doctrinal approach in writing this paper where the approach has not been empirical to any extent whatsoever. As this paper emphasizes on the enactments concerning to the mining sector the researchers have reached to a point that it is the requirement of the day that the legislation requires to be revisited to meet the needs of the industry and environmental issues in the present scenario.
