Abstract

This paper is an introduction to the Employment Rights & Employment Policy Symposium on #MeToo in the Workplace. The paper, written by the symposium editor, introduces the symposium and summarizes the following papers: Charlotte Alexander's "#MeToo and the Litigation Funnel"; Michael Green's "A New #MeToo Result: Rejecting Notions of Romantic Consent with Executives"; Ann McGinely's "The Masculinity Mandate: #MeToo, Brett Kavanaugh, and Christine Blasey Ford"; Joseph Seiner's "Harassment, Technology and the Modern Worker"; and Elizabeth Tippett's "Opportunity Discrimination: A Hidden Liability Employers Can Fix."
