Resource Aware Flow Control in IoT

Internet of Things (IoT) is a interconnection of devices or things communicating over the internet without human intervention. Due to increased number of devices in the network, communication among devices and accessing the resources of a network is becoming issue. The resource constraints devices requests the cloud for performing the action hence flow control becomes tedious task in IoT. The heterogeneous devices perform multihop communication for accessing the services provided by the cloud hence it is essential to estimate the strength of heterogeneous links and capability of heterogeneous devices for effective communication. The routing protocol for heterogeneous devices with varied capacity for finding optimal path based on quality of link in accessing the services is been addressed in this paper. Fuzzy Interfernce System (FIS) is employed for finding Link Quality(LQ) and multipath routing algorithm is used for optimal path based on LQ.
